Platform Terms & Legal Disclaimer

GOYIN operates as a technology platform that connects Users with independent Drivers who provide transportation or delivery services.

GOYIN does not own, operate, or control vehicles used by Drivers and does not directly provide transportation services.

Drivers who use the Platform are independent service providers and are not employees, agents, or representatives of GOYIN.

All Drivers using the GOYIN Platform operate as independent contractors.

Nothing in the GOYIN Platform, policies, or agreements shall be interpreted as creating:

• an employer–employee relationship
• a partnership or joint venture
• an agency relationship between GOYIN and Drivers

Drivers are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, licenses, insurance requirements, and vehicle regulations.

GOYIN does not guarantee that transportation services will always be available.

The availability of Drivers depends on factors including:

• driver activity in a particular location
• demand for rides
• weather conditions
• traffic conditions
• technical availability of the Platform

GOYIN reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time.

While GOYIN aims to maintain a reliable and safe platform, GOYIN does not guarantee:

• the availability of Drivers at all times
• the quality, safety, or suitability of transportation services
• uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform

Riders acknowledge that transportation services are provided by independent Drivers and not by GOYIN.

Users of the Platform are responsible for their own actions.

Users agree to:

• provide accurate information when requesting services
• comply with applicable laws and regulations
• behave respectfully toward Drivers and other users

GOYIN is not responsible for disputes arising from interactions between Riders and Drivers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOYIN shall not be liable for:

• indirect or consequential damages
• loss of profits or revenue
• personal injury or property damage resulting from transportation services provided by Drivers
• delays caused by traffic, weather, or other external factors

Use of the GOYIN Platform is at the user’s own risk.

The GOYIN Platform may include integrations with third-party services such as:

• payment processors
• mapping services
• communication systems

GOYIN is not responsible for the performance, reliability, or security of third-party services.

GOYIN shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including:

• natural disasters
• government actions
• strikes or labour disputes
• internet or telecommunications failures
• civil unrest or security incidents

GOYIN reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in:

• fraudulent activity
• misuse of the Platform
• harassment or abuse of other users
• violations of GOYIN policies

GOYIN may take such action without prior notice where necessary to protect the safety and integrity of the Platform.

This Disclaimer forms part of the broader GOYIN policy framework, which includes:

• Driver Agreement
• User Terms of Service
• Privacy Policy
• Code of Conduct
• Safety & Emergency Policy
• Refund Policy
• Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Users agree to comply with all applicable GOYIN policies when using the Platform.

This Disclaimer shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any disputes relating to the GOYIN Platform shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within Nigeria.

GOYIN may update this Disclaimer from time to time.

Updated versions will be made available through the GOYIN Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
